• Home Tariff Plans are on Pre-Paid basis . To avail Special offers on long duration subscription charges, please contact our Customer care number.
• Home Plans are not valid for commercial or enterprise plans.
• Speed and Data usage limit subject to Aerocast Fair Usage Policy.
• MBPS means Megabits per second GB means Gigabytes.
• Data Usage includes Download and Upload.
• Installation/ Activation Charges are dependable on Network area/ Plan and Scheme.
• Plans are subject to guidelines issued by TRAI.
• Aerocast broadband Price plans can be modified or withdrawn anytime without prior notice.
• The actual speed will depend on the network feasibility in your area. Speed indicated are speeds up to our (ISP) node. speed depends upon the network congestion, technical reasons or any other unavoidable circumstances.

Refund Policy:

There is no refund policy as our services and Plans are prepaid. However in case of proactive cancellation full amount will be refunded.
